Those who had pled guilty were Enrique Morales, 43, a leader in the organization from Houston, Texas and Guadalajara, Mexico, along with four other members of the organization, three from Houston. Willie Whitehurst, 45, Fulton Smith, 41,and Anthony Foster, 47 each of which were money couriers for the organization. And Sarah Combs, 49, of Dickenson, who pled guilty to conspiracy to operate an unlicensed money transmitting business.
